Welcome to the Spring Concert at Universitetsaulan featuring Orphei Drängar on April 20th

Orphei Drängar is regarded as one of the world’s foremost male choirs. By always striving for the highest possible quality, collaborating with the best soloists, conductors, and orchestras, and regularly commissioning newly written music, OD aims to lead the development of male choir singing in Sweden and around the world.

OD offers the audience a mix of familiar tunes and new discoveries. Once again, the choir showcases its artistic versatility, this time collaborating with two of Sweden’s most established baroque and folk musicians, Erik Rydvall and Kristine West.

We will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch in Vasasalen, a beautiful castle setting that adds its own charm to the experience. Later, weather permitting, we can stroll down the castle hill to Universitetsaulan for the concert, which begins at 3:00 PM.
